How to Close Your Courtyard.io Account

We're sorry to see you go! This guide will walk you through the process of closing your Courtyard.io account.

Before You Close Your Account

To ensure a smooth process, please complete the following steps before requesting to close your account:

• Complete Pending Redemptions: Ensure any outstanding requests to have your physical collectibles sent to you are finalized.

• Withdraw Your Balance: Make sure your account balance is fully withdrawn.

• Manage Your Collectibles: All cards and collectibles in your account must be either redeemed (shipped to you) or sold on the marketplace.

Requesting Account Closure

Once you have completed the steps above, you can proceed with closing your account.

1. Compose an Email: Write an email from the email address associated with the Courtyard.io account you wish to close.

2. Send to Support: Address the email to [email protected].

Sending the request from your registered email address allows us to verify that the request is legitimate and belongs to you.
