5 Days of Packs 2025 Raffle
Official Rules
Effective Date: December 16, 2025
Sponsor: Courtyard, Inc. (“Courtyard.io,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Delaware corporation with an office at 228 Park Ave S #38294, New York, NY 10003.
These Official Rules govern the 5 Days of Packs 2025 Raffle (“Raffle”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, the Courtyard.io Terms of Service, and the decisions of the Company, which are final and binding.
1. Raffle Period
The Raffle begins on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on Sunday, December 21, 2025 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time (“Raffle Period”).
All eligible entries earned during the Raffle Period will be pooled into a single raffle drawing.
2. Eligibility
The Raffle is open only to individuals who:
(a) have a registered Courtyard.io account in good standing under the Courtyard.io Terms of Service;
(b) are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry; and
(c) are not otherwise prohibited from participation under applicable law.
The Raffle is void where prohibited, including New York and Florida, and in any jurisdiction where the Raffle does not comply with applicable law.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, and agents of the Company, as well as members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate or win.
3. How to Enter
Eligible users may earn raffle entries during the Raffle Period through the following methods:
(a) Purchase-Based Entry
Entries are earned by purchasing and opening packs on Courtyard.io during the Raffle Period.
Each point earned from pack purchases constitutes one (1) raffle entry, subject to Courtyard.io’s posted point-earning rules.
(b) Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
No purchase is necessary.
To enter without making a purchase, eligible users must complete both of the following during the Raffle Period:
Log into their Courtyard.io account; and
Claim the free daily 30-point reward available on the Courtyard.io platform.
Each point claimed constitutes one (1) raffle entry. No additional forms, submissions, or actions are required.
AMOE entries have the same odds of winning as purchase-based entries.
Attempts to obtain entries through automated means, multiple accounts, or any method not expressly permitted may result in disqualification.
4. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase, payment, or other consideration is required to enter or win this Raffle.
5. Prize Details
A total of one hundred one (101) prizes will be awarded as follows:
One (1) Grand Prize Winner
500,000 Courtyard Points, equivalent to $2,500 USD in Courtyard store value.
One hundred (100) Secondary Prize Winners
5,000 Courtyard Points per winner, equivalent to $25 USD per prize.
Courtyard Points may be used toward eligible purchases on Courtyard.io in accordance with the platform’s Terms of Service.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV):
Grand Prize: $2,500
Each Secondary Prize: $25
Total ARV of all prizes: $5,000
Actual value may vary depending on redemption and usage. Winners are not entitled to any difference between stated ARV and actual value.
6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Company from all eligible entries received during the Raffle Period.
The drawing will occur on or around December 23, 2025.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Notification and Verification
Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Courtyard.io account.
Each winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
The Company reserves the right to require government-issued photo identification, proof of residence, or other documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.
8. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners are encouraged to consult a tax professional.
9. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to:
comply with these Official Rules;
comply with the Courtyard.io Terms of Service; and
accept the Company’s decisions as final and binding.
The Company is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, corrupted, or misdirected entries; technical failures; unauthorized access; or errors beyond its reasonable control.
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Raffle if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Raffle.
Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied. No cash substitution is permitted, except as required by law.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes consent for the Company to use a winner’s name, username, likeness, and city and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.
11. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Raffle or acceptance or use of any prize.
12. Disputes
Except where prohibited, all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Raffle shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by binding arbitration in New York, New York, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Entrants waive any right to a jury trial.
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Winner List
A list of winners will be made available upon request within one (1) business week following completion of winner verification.
14. Other Conditions
This Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
Residents of New York and Florida are excluded from participation in compliance with applicable sweepstakes and raffle regulations.
