# Pack Attack Official Rules

**Promotion Period:**

Begins **Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at 2:00 PM ET** and ends **Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at 1:59 PM ET**.

Each weekly entry period runs from **Wednesday at 2:00 PM ET** to the following **Wednesday at 1:59 PM ET**.

**How to Enter:**

You will receive one (1) entry for every $25 spent on **Vending Machine pack rips** during the applicable weekly period.

Alternatively, you may [submit this form](https://n0gcu17l9mb.typeform.com/to/yqQHtsUf) (fully completed) to receive one (1) free entry—no purchase necessary. Limit: one form submission per person per week. Multiple submissions by the same individual may result in disqualification at the sponsor’s discretion.

**Prizes:**

Each week, **one (1) graded card** will be awarded to **one (1) winner**. There will be a total of **three (3) winners** across the three-week promotional period.

**Winner Selection:**

A random drawing will be conducted every **Wednesday at 6:00 PM ET**, starting April 16, 2025. Drawings will occur on:

* April 16, 2025
* April 23, 2025
* April 30, 2025

**Notification:**

Winners will be contacted via the email address used for entry within 24 hours of the drawing.

**Claiming the Prize:**

Winners must respond to the notification email within 72 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the 72-hour window will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

**Taxes:**

All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

**General Conditions:**

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding. Entry constitutes consent to use name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the sponsor. Residents of **New York** and **Florida** are excluded from this promotion in compliance with state sweepstakes regulations.
