Q: Why are you launching your own vault?
A: Traditional vaults are designed for assets like gold and silver, which rarely move. Collectibles are different. To provide a faster, more flexible experience tailored to graded cards, we’re launching our own dedicated vault.
Q: Is my card still safe?
A: Absolutely. Security remains a top priority. The transition is being handled with professional security and logistics teams, ensuring your cards remain fully protected and insured throughout the move.
Q: Will there be any downtime?
A: Only for redemption requests, which will be paused for up to two weeks starting on March 6th while we complete the transition. Buying, selling, and trading will continue as usual.
Q: Will I need to do anything?
A: Nope! The transition is fully managed by us, and your experience on Courtyard will remain seamless.
Q: Will my shipping be affected?
A: Only briefly during the transition window when redemption requests are paused. After that, expect faster shipping times thanks to expanded fulfillment capacity.

Q: What happens to my cards during the transition?
A: Your cards will be securely transported to the new facility by professional handlers. They will remain fully insured and protected at all times.
Q: What if I submitted a redemption request before March 6th?
A: Nothing changes! Your request will ship out within the usual ~10 business day window.
