# Adding Funds

There are many ways to add **Polygon USDC** to your wallet.

**Option #1:** Add funds to either your Courtyard.io or external wallet directly in [settings](https://courtyard.io/settings). Note that this feature is not available in all locations – if that's the case, move on to Option #2.

**Option #2:** Follow these few simple steps to add Polygon USDC to your Courtyard.io or external wallet:

1. Open [Coinbase](https://www.coinbase.com/), either desktop or app
2. Purchase USDC (however much you plan to use for offers)
3. Once purchased, click the 3 dots next to your USDC balance and 'Send'
4. Enter your digital wallet address (steps below if needed)
5. Continue, **change the network to Polygon**, and hit 'Send now'

That’s it! Watch the below video to see the steps in action.

Alternatively, if you have funds in an external wallet already, you can swap for USDC and use that external wallet with your Courtyard account, or transfer the USDC to your Courtyard wallet.
